

CDR Annotation
1 简介
CDR Annotation是抗体编号和注释模块,用于对抗体序列的可变区(Fv)进行编号,精确标注出其框架区(Framework Region, FWR)和互补决定区(Complementarity Determining Region, CDR)的具体位置, 支持IMGT2、Kabat3、Chothia4、Martin5、AHo6、Wolfguy抗体编号方案。若一次输入多序列,还能通过查看序列可视化图和氨基酸频率图来分析序列的差异和保守性。
2 参数说明
- Antibody Sequences: 抗体氨基酸序列,支持多序列。
- Numbering Scheme: 抗体编号方案,支持IMGT、Kabat、Chothia、Martin、AHo、Wolfguy。
